In full charge of medical device-related services of Tigermed. He has successively held managerial positions in Chinese and overseas companies involving in biomedical R&D and production, pharmaceutical product investment management, medical device registration, clinical trials of drugs and medical devices. Based on years of experience in pre-clinical/clinical CRO, he has a profound understanding for medical product transformation as well as clinical trial management and registration of medical devices in China. He obtained his master degree of biochemistry from East China Normal University. He is a licensed pharmacist and a specially-invited expert of the Clinical Trial Branch of China Association for Medical Devices Industry. Nearly 20 years of experience in the field of medicine.

As a senior statistician, He has participated in hundreds of clinical trial design, data management and statistical analysis of medical devices and drugs. He is familiar with relevant laws and regulations, and has insightful views and methods for clinical risk control. He obtained Master of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and Doctor of Military Preventive Medicine from Academy of Military Medical Sciences.15+years experience in this industry.

Wen Yan worked for Zhejiang Institute of Medical Device Testing for 20 years. She once was the Deputy Director of Optics Section and the Director of Passive Device Testing Institute. She was mainly responsible for the testing of optical products for medical purposes, and passive medical devices (physical and chemical characteristics of materials, implants and diagnostic reagents).  She also devoted to the study on test methods and standard compilation and setting, as well as technical management. 

Being responsible for establishing and maintaining overseas regulatory team, coordinating overseas regulatory affairs and clinical research projects. She has years of management experience in medical devices regulatory affairs in several MNCs. She is experienced in overseas medical device registrations in 30+ countries and regions registration. 15+ experience in medical device industry.

Sanjay S Kumar graduated as a biomedical engineer from the National University of Singapore in 2007 and was a key member of the team at the Health Sciences Authority that developed and implemented the medical device regulations in Singapore. After graduating from the Juris Doctor program at Singapore Management University, he practiced as a commercial litigation lawyer at a top law firm before joining Tigermed in August 2020 as the General Manager for its Singapore office.

 graduated from Webster University, Bangkok Campus, Thailand with Master degree in Business Administration; and a Bachelor of Science, with major in Genetics from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Meow has more than 18 years’ progressive experience in all phases of Sales and Marketing for global and domestic businesses. In her professional career, Meow has worked in different countries such as Vietnam, Philippines, Myanmar and Cambodia in diverse industries for different companies including Bausch & Lomb, DSG International, TNT Express, Twin Lotus, Align Technology and Nu Skin.

Being responsible for domestic and overseas registration and regulatory affairs of medical devices in all kinds of fields, she is an expert in regulatory affairs and supervises 4000+ registration projects.  15+ experience in medical device registration.

Being responsible for the registered clinical research of medical devices at home and abroad, She leads the team to undertake multiple clinical research of innovative medical devices with rich experience in clinical trail operation. 15+ years in clinical trail of medical device.

Being responsible for  domestic and overseas registration and clinical trail of IVD products  Zhang Yongqin has years of work experience in the Clinical Laboratory Department of the hospital and has completed the research work of some diagnostics projects of the National 863 Program of the 11th Five-Year Plan.  Zhang, Master of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology has years of management experience in IVD products development, clinical affairs, registration regulatory affairs and quality system in several transnational enterprises. Nearly 20 years’ experience in IVD industry.

Participating  in 100+  clinical trail design and 200+ clinical evaluation report review, Mao Jie  has Medical Doctor’s  degree  of Iowa State University and has nearly 20 year’s experience in medical writing.

Wan Xi is experienced in medical device regulations and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), who has been engaged in medical device supervision for more than ten years in the Medical Device Division of Beijing Medical Products Administration. Wan Xi participated in the national special supervision and inspection organized by NMPA for several times, and served as the leader of the special supervision and inspection group. Wan Xi participated in the regulation amendment discussion organized by NMPA for several times, participated in drafting and amending Beijing medical device supervision and administration regulations, and organized the compilation of supervisory inspector manual for Beijing medical device manufacturers. 

Familiar with regulations about clinical research of medical devices, Zhang Zhongli leads the establishment of the medical device clinical research quality system and conducts clinical research audits. Zhang has participated in project management of many domestic clinical trails and accumulated 15+ years’ clinical research experience in medical device.

Luo Feng is mainly responsible for consultation with foreign medical device manufacturers and Chinese agents on regulatory affairs and clinical trails consultation of domestic and Luo has 15 years of experience in business development and operations management in the medical device industry.
