Agent Related Business

When applying for registration/filing in China, foreign enterprises shall appoint corresponding agents to:

Convey regulations to the manufacturer;

Contact the corresponding food and drug administrations, foreign registration or recordation applicants;

Convey regulations and technical requirements to the applicant;

Collect post-marketing AEs and report to relevant departments of NMPA;

Assist in handling the recall and report to relevant departments of NMPA;

Deal with other post-marketing surveillance work specified by the applicant.

Service Contents:
